Q: I’ve heard people talk about getting their suspension “Pushed”, what does that mean.
A: The term “Pushed” is actually something that our customers have coined. It refers to our tuning services which can be found under the SERVICES tab of the site.

Q: I want to get my suspension serviced or tuned by PUSH, what do I do?
A: First, find your fork or shock listing under the SERVICES tab of the site. At the bottom of each service box is an “ORDER NOW” button. You can click on this button, which will “pop-up” a new window containing the interview form. The top of the form outlines the process step by step.

Q: My fork or shock has some damage, do you also have repair parts and can it still be tuned?
A: Yes, we have a large inventory of both front fork and rear shock components to repair damaged units and to allow tuning. A technician will always contact you with an estimate before moving forward.
