Recall: Limited ELEVENSIX shock fitments

PUSH INDUSTRIES RECALLS LEVO AND SJ EVO SHOCKS DUE TO SHAFT EYELETS LOOSENING.

Recall Summary

Product Affected: 2020-2022 ELEVENSIX RHD Gen2 and Gen3 Specialized Levo rear shocks. 2020-2022 ELEVENSIX RHD Specialized Stumpjumper EVO shocks.

Hazard: Shaft Eyelet may loosen causing damage to rear shock, and/or bicycle frame.

Recall Details

Units: Approximately 600 units

Description: This recall is only for specific models of ELEVENSIX rear shocks built and sold between April of 2020 through July 2022 for the following Specialized model bikes:

  • Specialized Gen2 Turbo Levo
  • Turbo LevoSL
  • Gen3 Turbo Levo
  • 2021/2022 Stumpjumper EVO

If your bike is not listed above, you are NOT affected by this recall.

AFFECTED SPECIALIZED BIKES (LISTED ABOVE) WILL HAVE SHOCKS FITTED WITH A "P" ICON LASER ENGRAVED SHAFT END EYELET THAT MUST BE REPLACED.

UPDATED SHOCKS WILL BE UPDATED WITH A SHAFT END EYELET LASER ENGRAVED WITH "SSE 594".

If you have one of the above listed bikes, please complete the form below to start the return process. Shocks will be received, serviced, and updated with the new shaft-end eyelet components at no charge. Upon completion of the service and installation of updated parts, your shock will also receive a renewed 1 year warranty from the date of service.
